Customer Agreement
Please read the terms and conditions of this customer agreement carefully before booking and purchasing tours and tour-related products on Tianbaotravel.com, so that you can fully understand the rights and responsibilities of both parties. As a customer of Ten Pao Travel Online Shop, you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions, and agree to all of them, including some of the other updates, Ten Pao Travel reserves the right of final interpretation. Customer service hours are based on Eastern Canadian time.
Travel Benefits
The tour guide will recommend optional programs for the guests during the trip, and we suggest the guests to participate in order to facilitate the smooth progress of the trip. If the tour guide violates the contract during the trip, travelers have the right to resist. If there is any dispute, please travelers and tour guides first friendly negotiation, and please contact us in time to feedback, we will coordinate to solve the problem. In order to effectively protect the interests of travelers, please contact us for mediation before the dispute starts. Complaints after the end of the trip, if there is no evidence to prove, the travel agency reserves the right not to accept. Components of the tour product, are selected by the Tianbao strict evaluation of the tour has the relevant qualifications of the ground receiving agency to provide, Tianbao tour only on its hardware facilities and other standards of description and commitment to bear responsibility, not in your consumption process may be involved in the personnel soft services or force majeure caused by the inconvenience to bear responsibility.
Participating age
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the tour independently. If you are under the age of 18, you may be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. (Some hotels require guests to be 21 years of age or older for a separate check-in, which will be noted in the tour requirements.
Your responsibility
It is your responsibility to read all information and statements related to any product on the Ten Pao Travel Ordering Platform before ordering, including but not limited to: product price, itinerary details, departure location, tour price details, pre-trip information, cancellation and refund policy and other information related to the product. By placing your order, we will assume that you have carefully read, fully understood and fully agree to all of the above information relating to the product. When you place an order, please ensure that you leave correct and unobstructed contact information, including but not limited to cell phone, telephone, email, etc.. If the trip information is not communicated to you in time due to lack of contact information, or failure to check messages and emails in time, or failure to respond to emails we send you, the resultant cost or responsibility will not be borne by Ten Pao Travel Ordering. You should choose the destination activity products within the scope of your own risk control and be responsible for your own safety; if you participate in the destination activity products with risks (including but not limited to: snorkeling, surfing, rafting and other water activities as well as horseback riding, rock climbing, mountaineering and other high-risk activities) or suffer from a condition that is not suitable for travel and tourism (including but not limited to: malignant tumors, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, respiratory diseases, epilepsy, pregnancy, mental illness, physical disability, diabetes, infectious diseases, chronic disease health impairment), must go to the medical institution before booking their own physical examination to ensure that their physical condition can complete the activity program. Tianbao is not responsible for any personal accidents and adverse consequences caused by this. You must be an individual aged 18 or above. If you are under 18 years old, you can participate in the trip with your parents or legal guardian. (Some hotels require guests to be 21 years of age or older to be able to CHECK IN individually, we will note this in the tour requirements.
Data Privacy & Collection
Ten Pao Tours is the sole owner of the information collected on this site and we do not sell, share or rent this information to any organization. Ten Pao Tours collects information from various sites in order to process Orders and to better serve you with relevant information. Information includes name, shipping address, account address, phone number, e-mail address, and payment information such as credit card. Ten Pao Travel also requires you to submit your user name and password in order to access your information. You agree that your username and password are confidential and cannot be shared with anyone else. Tianbao Travel's information security practices are described in detail in the Privacy Policy. Ten Pao Travel's Privacy Policy is part of this agreement and you agree to give us the right to use the data it refers to in a way that does not violate your privacy or publicity rights.
Travel Insurance
Ten Pao Tours strongly recommends that you purchase medical, trip cancellation and baggage insurance. Ten Pao Tours does not offer any itineraries at this time. The tours listed on the website are operated by independent tour providers. We are an agent for tour providers, transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. Ten Pao Tours is not responsible for accidents, including loss of or damage to property, injuries, deaths, delays, or irregularities. Settlement will follow the rules specified by airlines, hotels and bus companies, etc. Ten Pao Tours shall not be liable for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of any dispute between you and the tour supplier or third party, including all matters relating to this website or the use of the information contained herein. Passports and Visas
It is your responsibility to carry all travel documents and/or all necessary and essential documents required to enter and/or travel through the countries in your chosen itinerary. Different nationalities will have different entry laws. Ten Pao Tours does not retain customers' personal travel documents or assume responsibility for informing each country of the current requirements. You are responsible for all costs of delays or changes in itinerary due to lack of travel documents. You shall strictly observe the laws and regulations issued by the governments of the countries you visit, including immigration and customs laws and regulations. Ten Pao Tours is not responsible for any fines incurred by you as a result of violating the government regulations of the country you are visiting.
