Personal information we collect

  • Identity data includes first name, last name, username or similar identifiers.
  • Financial data includes bank account and payment card details.
  • Technical Data includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, your Sign In data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in type and version, operating system and platform, and other technology on the device you use to access the Site.     • Your referee details and medical records.
  • We may also collect health data about you. Specifically, we may collect the following data:

    • Your Covid-19 vaccination status;
    • Your dietary requirements.
    • Inferences about your interests and preferences may be inferred or created from the information listed above

How long we retain your personal information

For example, if you purchase a package that includes a product from a company other than a Ten Pao Travel Group company ("Ticket Provider"), your personal data may be shared in order to make your purchase. Once personal information is shared with the Ticket Provider, that information will be subject to the Ticket Provider's Privacy Policy.
  • Professional advisors, including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurance companies.
  • Regulatory and other authorities as required by law
  • We may choose to sell, transfer or merge our business or assets with a third party. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If our business changes, the new owners will have the right to use your personal information in the same manner as described in this Privacy Statement.
  • We require all group companies and third party service providers to respect the security of your personal information and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow third party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only allow them to process your personal data for specific purposes in accordance with our instructions. Once the data is transferred, your personal data will be subject to the Ticket Provider's Privacy Policy.
