Payment Process

2. Please fill in all credit card and cardholder information correctly as requested.
3. Credit Card Payment Verification Documents Why and When We Request Relevant Supporting Documents and Proof: Tianbao Travel will do its utmost to ensure the security of your online shopping experience.In order to continue offering you the lowest prices and to protect you from credit card fraud, generally speaking, if your purchase falls under any of the following circumstances (but not limited to them), please provide us with the relevant supporting documents and proof. If you refuse to provide the required credit card payment verification documents, your orders will be automatically canceled and corresponding cancellation fees will apply; please refer to the Cancellation and Refund Policy for details on cancellation fees.

The credit cardholder is not participating in Travel

1. The address associated with your credit card cannot be verified by the system.
2. The total for orders exceeds $3,500.00.

What supporting documents and proof do we require:

1. A photocopy of the credit cardholder’s valid government-issued ID (valid government-issued IDs include your passport, a America-issued driver’s license bearing your signature, or a America-issued ID card bearing your signature).
2. A credit card payment verification form, fully completed and signed by the credit card holder with the date included (click the link to download the verification form).
3. If the credit card holder is not a member of the travel group, please attach a photocopy of the traveler’s passport.
