Payment Process

1. Please make sure you have received the payment voucher number and fill it in correctly when you make the online payment.
2. Please fill in the credit card and cardholder information as required.
3. Credit Card Payment Verification Why and when do we ask for confirmation and proof: Ten Pao Travel will do our best to ensure the security of your online purchases. In order to continue to provide you with the lowest prices and to prevent you from credit card fraud, in general, if your purchase meets one of the following conditions (but not limited to), please provide us with the relevant documents and certificates, if you refuse to provide the credit card payment verification letter, Orders will be automatically canceled and will be subject to a corresponding cancellation fee, cancellation fees, please refer to the Cancellation and Refund Regulations.

Credit card holders not participating in the tour

1. Your credit card address cannot be verified by the system.
2. Orders over $3500.00.

What confirming documents and certificates do we require:.

1. A photocopy of the credit card holder's valid ID (valid ID includes your passport or a driver's license issued by the America with your signature or an ID card issued by the America with your signature).
2. A completed and signed Credit Card Payment Verification Form (click on the link to download the verification form) signed and dated by the credit card holder.
3. If the credit card holder is not a member of the participating tour, please attach a photocopy of the traveler's passport.
