Meeting Requirements

• In order to protect the rights and interests of all passengers, please arrive at the meeting point 5-10 minutes in advance, after that time, please go to the next location to meet the group by yourself. If there are any special circumstances, please contact us.

Tour Specifications

• The Company shall endeavor to make the tour group follow the listed itinerary as much as possible; if there are special circumstances, the Company reserves the right to change the order of the tour or cancel any of the tours and accommodations in the itinerary; and has the right to extend or shorten the itinerary, and the tour members shall not object to this for any reason.

Cancellation/Change of Booking

• The above charges will be added and deducted from the refund for all expenses incurred due to changes or cancellations, such as credit card processing fees/bank transfer fees and other related expenses. In case of reduction in the number of people, optional programs, meals, additional hotels, cancellation will be considered as cancellation and cancellation charges will be applied according to the cancellation policy.
  • Positioning changes are subject to availability on the dates requested by the guest and we reserve the right to accept changes at our discretion.
  • The Fairmont Hotel itinerary cannot be canceled or changed once confirmed.
• Travel Package Itinerary / Flight / Hotel / Other Service Programs may vary depending on the company providing the service, please check for details at the time of booking.

Baggage Allowance

• Each person is limited to one piece of checked baggage (29" suitcase) and one piece of hand baggage. In the event of damage or loss of baggage during the trip due to the company's reasons, the maximum amount of compensation per piece of baggage will be limited to C$500 per piece of baggage, unless declared and certified in advance by the guest, and unless additional baggage insurance premiums are paid.

Hotel Description

• Hotel rooms are single or double occupancy with one or two beds. Triple/Quadruple rooms are mainly two beds.

Children

• Children are subject to different conditions for different tours. Please refer to the relevant notes.

Others

• If there is any difference between the tour details and the price on the website, it is based on the final confirmation (receipt) from our company.
